We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS (Management Information System) Executive to join the REFOUND FOUNDATION team. You will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting organizational data to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Collect, organize, and manage data from various foundation programs, campaigns, and on-ground activities. Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for the management team. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all organizational databases. Analyze data trends to identify areas for operational improvement and program efficiency. Assist in digitizing records and streamlining reporting processes across different departments.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA), B.Com, B.Sc, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar data-centric role. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets). Familiarity with data visualization tools (like Power BI or Tableau) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail. Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
